Six people aged 65 and over tell their stories: from their first crush to their first heartbreak, (un)planned pregnancies, exciting affairs, sexual reorientations and the death of loved ones. Everything, year after year. This (post-)war generation, which grew up without sex education or the pill, at a time of sexual taboos and sexual revolution alike, when homosexuality was still a crime and AIDS was not an issue, creates a social panorama of its time.

In our youth-fixated society, All the Sex I’ve Ever Had puts the spotlight back on the elders among us. Filled with joy and tragedy, this evening shows what seniors can pass on and that ageing shows a way to walk through this world openly and fearlessly.

This extraordinary evening with older people has been seen in many sold-out theatres around the world: Austin, Glasgow, Helsinki, Ljubljana, Oldenburg, Portland, Prague, Taipei, Singapore, Vienna, the Sydney Opera House and more. Now the exciting journey through the past decades starts in Bochum!
